We started Elite Consultation because we kept seeing the same pattern: well-meaning digital transformation projects that stall at month three. New tools, no new habits. Policies that live on SharePoint and nowhere else. Training that taught features instead of judgment.
The pattern is not mysterious. Policy without training fails. Training without documentation fails. Documentation without change management fails. All four elements work together, or none of them work at all.
